Position Overview
We are seeking a **Training Coordinator** to design, organize, and manage training programs across the company.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to align training initiatives with business and compliance objectives.
The Training Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing employee skills and maintaining Seguridad Morgado LLC’s reputation for excellence in training services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions for staff and clients.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, certifications, and progress reports.
- Liaise with external trainers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s safety and training regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or workforce development.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, compliance frameworks, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and deliver under deadlines.
