We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of technical training programmes across the organization.
The role will assess employee competency and training needs, develop structured training plans and materials, coordinate classroom and e-learning sessions, and work closely with internal teams, industry experts and external training providers.
The successful candidate will also support employee performance assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements based on feedback and business requirements.
