- Coordinate the assessment and selection of training candidates
- Manage and coordinate vocational training programs and trainee activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for trainees throughout their vocational training period
- Coordinate training schedules, assessments, and certification activities
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and reports
- Liaise with internal departments to identify and prioritize training requirements
- Coordinate with external training providers, educational institutions, and business partners
- Facilitate communication between trainees, supervisors, and stakeholders
- Support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of L&D programs
- Monitor trainee progress and provide administrative support
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support compliance with QMS, ISO, Risk Management, and ISMS requirements

Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator – Water to coordinate learning and development activities, vocational training programs, and trainee assessments.
- The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external partners to support workforce development, coordinate training requirements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and training objectives.
