As a Trainer Assessor , you'll be at the forefront of onboarding, training and competency development, helping employees build the skills they need to work safely and successfully across our operation.

Working a 5:2/4:3 residential roster at our Cowal Gold Operations, you'll enjoy the benefits of regional NSW living while making a real impact on workforce development and operational performance. While this role is advertised as a 5:2/4:3 roster, we recognise great talent doesn't always fit a standard schedule, so alternative roster arrangements may be considered. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your operational experience with your passion for coaching and mentoring others while contributing to a safe, high performing mining operation.

Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you'll:

Build workforce capability through effective onboarding, training and competency development programs.

Deliver engaging one on one, field based and group training across operational teams.

Conduct competency assessments and verification of competency activities that support safe and productive work practices.
