- New Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using various methods, such as hands-on training, classroom instruction, and digital tools.
- Skills Assessment: Assess the skills and performance of warehouse employees to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all training content emphasizes safety regulations and compliance, and that employees are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, employee progress, and certification records.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving warehouse technologies to continually improve and update training materials.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees and supervisor to make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Shift Flexibility: Be available and adaptable to accommodate training needs across all shifts, including weekends if necessary.
