Role Overview
Provide a full range of structural CAD services for facility projects in the Global Facilities business unit.
Projects include food and beverage, consumer products, aerospace, life sciences, hyperscale data centers, commercial, healthcare, and utility facilities.
The Mumbai office includes architecture, civil, electrical, controls and automation, fire protection, mechanical, structural engineering, and project management professionals.
Structural CAD Deliverables
- Create 3D models and 2D construction deliverables for foundations and steel using TEKLA, REVIT Structural, and AutoCAD.
- Prepare foundation detail drawings for piles and spread footings, foundation plans and elevations, and foundation sections and details.
- Prepare steel detail drawings, steel plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop road layouts and details, site grading and drainage, location layouts, and key plans.
- Prepare bills of quantities and material take-offs.
- Develop drawings for underground pits, stairs, and ladders.
Tools
- TEKLA is required for 3D structural work.
- Knowledge of REVIT Structural is a plus.
