Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product, construction, local information, competitors, and relevant regulations
- Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, update CRM system
- Take reservations and initiate paperwork, ensuring purchasers understand the sales process
- Pro actively progress contracts and completions to meet targets
- Build relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and building societies
- Liaise with recommended Financial Advisor to stay updated on mortgage market
Requirements
- Experience in a sales/customer service role
- Full Driving Licence
- Outstanding people skills and confidence
- Positivity and target driven with good self motivation

Role Overview
- Bloor Homes is recruiting a Trainee Sales Advisor to join the Midlands Region, covering sites across the region.
- The role involves helping homebuyers every step of the way by taking reservations, initiating paperwork, and ensuring purchasers understand financial and legal aspects.
Main Duties
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of product, construction, local information, competitors, and relevant regulations.
- Ensuring Health & Safety and Personal Safety policies are adhered to.
- Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, updating CRM system.
- Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy.
- Ensuring all timescales are adhered to by pro active contract and completion progressing.
- Building good working relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, etc.
- Regular contact with recommended Financial Advisor.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking additional tasks as required.
Essential Skills / Attributes
- Experience in a sales/customer service role.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence.
- Positivity and target driven with good self motivation.
