As a Process Operator Trainee, you’ll receive structured training, hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring from experienced industry professionals. You’ll develop the skills and knowledge to:
Safely operate, monitor and control plant and equipment.
Carry out basic maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment isolations.
Use hand tools and complete a range of operational tasks.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace presentation.
Assist with equipment breakdowns and process improvement activities.
