Trainee Operator

Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning

Report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly

Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns

Maintain production logs, checklists, and shift handover records

Comply with ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, or other applicable standards

Follow statutory and regulatory requirements

Good analytical skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills & Strong decision making skills.

Very good interpersonal skills to establish harmonious relations with other departments within the organization & government authorities.

Strong leadership skills to spearhead production.

Capability to handle manpower

Basic understanding of starch production processes

Ability to read gauges, indicators, and production sheets

Discipline in following SOPs and safety rules

Good communication and teamwork

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

0–3 years of experience in: Starch industry, food processing, agro-based, or chemical manufacturing
