Qualifications
- - NVQ Level 2 in an engineering discipline
- - It is a requirement that the successful candidate will attain NVQ Level 3. Modules to be provided by Napier
Experience
- At least 3 years relevant industry experience
Skills
- - Be self-motivated and have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- - Understand the need to work as part of a team and be committed to the targets and measures of that team
- - Show good timekeeping and be flexible in working shift patterns
- - Demonstrate the ability to read engineering drawings and use a variety of calibrated measuring equipment
- - Have a good awareness of the importance of a safe working environment and duties to oneself and others within the company's EHS policy
