Job description
Develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to progress from ATSEP NDP Trainee to ATSEP Engineer.
The target role involves maintaining the availability and integrity of assigned ATE or ATM systems and equipment within CNS.
Previous experience is not expected, and training is provided in four phases.
Training and progression
- Complete training phases 1 and 2 with minimum delay to progress to ATSEP Engineer.
- Complete four training phases aligned with ICAO competency-based training and assessment documentation.
Knowledge and experience
- An interest in aviation, particularly Communications, Navigation and Surveillance radar systems, is expected.
- Basic technical knowledge of Communications, Navigation, Radar, ATM, and other airport systems is advantageous.
Skills
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
- Demonstrate computer literacy with the MS Office package.
- Bring attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, and resourcefulness.
