Role Overview
Trainee Engineer role supporting epoxy flooring and protective coating projects across marine, energy, and industrial environments.
The role provides practical exposure to site supervision, surface preparation, coating application, quality control, material monitoring, and project coordination.

The role supports project, construction, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, civil, procurement, and site teams.
Your Role
- Maintain area-wise production and manpower records and maintain material consumption reports.
- Prepare technical reports for coating failures and repairs.
- Ensure proper application of roller-applied, high-build, self-leveling, broadcast, anti-static/ESD, and heavy-duty systems.
- Ensure correct material mixing, application procedures, and approved tools and equipment are used according to technical requirements and specifications.
- Train, mentor, and assess coating applicators on mixing, substrate preparation, application, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and compliance.
- Undertake other reasonable duties required by management to meet business needs.
