Responsibilities
- Manage the Oracle Time & Labour module and conduct OTL induction and training for new employees.
- Prepare weekly timecard status reports and enter timecards for personnel without access to Worley systems.
- Process timecard change requests and respond to related queries.
- Reconcile regular and overtime timesheets.
- Guide employees on timesheet booking during public holidays and Ramadan.
- Support project setup, system maintenance, and other cost control activities.
