Role Overview
Support the consulting team in basic project activities while developing foundational knowledge in management consulting practices.
Learn company methodologies, standards, and tools through on-the-job training and participation in project tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic project tasks and administrative support activities.
- Participate in project meetings and observe project execution processes.
- Support data collection, documentation, and basic research activities.
- Follow instructions from Consultants and Associate Consultants on assigned tasks.
- Maintain organized project files and proper documentation.
- Learn and apply company standards, templates, and methodologies.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations under supervision.
- Participate in training and development programs and seek feedback from supervisors.
- Communicate clearly with team members, show willingness to learn, and take initiative within the assigned scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate status or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
