Pay range: $16 - $22 Location: Coldwater Req ID: 29856 Job Responsibilities Position Summary: Machine, inspect, and assemble products, gaining experience and on the job training until all criteria listed below is met.

Role qualifications:

• Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
• Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives. Position responsibilities:
• Setup and operate most standard machine shop equipment (in line with FLSA guidelines).
• Provide general assistance as needed in the machine shop.
• General shop cleaning, organization and 5S.
• Inspect parts to assure conformance to specification.
• Read and understand blueprints, customer specs., and internal documentation
• Work well with Machinists.
• Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Essential skills and experience:
• Must be attending high school or skills trade school
• Operate fork lift (if age criteria is met)
• Commitment to company values Nonessential skills and experience:
• Basic shop math.
