Role Overview
Support business development, presales, distributor growth, and internal sales activities for industrial crane products.
The role operates across the office, distributor locations, and customer sites in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Develop presales activities and support internal sales efforts to improve inquiry conversion.
- Map industry segments and territories and develop plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Generate sales funnels and support techno-commercial offers, discussions, and contract finalization.
- Support distributor business growth in a defined operating area.
- Support client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, proposals, pitches, and sales documents.
- Manage distributor inquiries through timely and accurate use of Siebel CRM.
- Conduct joint marketing visits with distributor sales personnel.
- Research potential clients, new markets, and emerging trends.
Education and Experience
- A degree in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering is required.
- Professional experience of 0–3 years is required.
