Responsibilities
- Develop taxi traffic plans, allocation logic and sequencing strategies for each campaign
- Define daily and weekly taxi volume targets based on approved campaign timelines, installation capacity and site constraints
- Establish time slot structures, buffer capacity, replacement and contingency logic
- Validate traffic feasibility prior to campaign launch
- Align traffic plans with the Head of Operations and issue approved plans to the Operations Coordinator
- Oversee execution remotely through trackers, dashboards and operational reports
- Ensure campaign execution follows the approved traffic plan and review deviations
- Monitor performance against planned targets including taxi throughput, capacity utilization and schedule adherence
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring traffic issues
- Analyze performance data to refine traffic models and planning assumptions
- Maintain and continuously improve traffic planning templates, tools and methodologies
- Provide regular performance insights and reports to the Head of Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years' experience in operations planning, logistics, fleet management, or high volume operational environments
- Experience within events, OOH, transport or large scale campaigns is preferred
- Knowledge of traffic and capacity planning principles
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to interpret operational data and dashboards

Role Overview
- The Traffic Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing taxi traffic flow and capacity across all taxi advertising campaigns.
Planning & Preparation Phase
- Develop taxi traffic plans, allocation logic and sequencing strategies for each campaign.
- Define daily and weekly taxi volume targets based on approved campaign timelines, installation capacity and site constraints.
- Establish time slot structures, buffer capacity, replacement and contingency logic.
- Validate traffic feasibility prior to campaign launch.
- Align traffic plans with the Head of Operations and issue approved plans to the Operations Coordinator.
Campaign Execution Phase
- Oversee execution remotely through trackers, dashboards and operational reports.
- Ensure campaign execution follows the approved traffic plan.
- Review deviations in volume, sequencing or timelines and validate corrective actions.
- Support the Operations Coordinator in resolving capacity, sequencing or flow constraints.
Monitoring & Control Phase
- Monitor performance against planned targets including taxi throughput, capacity utilization and schedule adherence.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring traffic issues.
- Analyze performance data to refine traffic models and planning assumptions.
- Escalate critical risks or structural issues to the Head of Operations when required.
Day to Day Operations
- Maintain and continuously improve traffic planning templates, tools and methodologies.
- Standardize traffic planning assumptions across all taxi advertising campaigns.
- Provide regular performance insights and reports to the Head of Operations.
- Participate in post campaign reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured.
- Support continuous improvement of taxi advertising processes and controls.
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in operations planning, logistics, fleet management, or high volume operational environments.
- Experience within events, OOH, transport or large scale campaigns is preferred.
