- Direct and manage vehicle movements to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Guide drivers to designated parking, loading, and unloading areas
- Assist pedestrians in crossing safely within operational zones
- Communicate effectively using hand signals and two way radios
- Monitor entry and exit points to maintain orderly site access
- Report incidents, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements
- Provide courteous assistance and directions to visitors, drivers, and customers
- Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in traffic control, parking operations, security, or a related field is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Job Overview
- We are looking for a responsible and safety focused Traffic Marshal to support the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at our operational sites.
