About the Role
Traffix & Construction Management seeks a Traffic Engineer or Traffic Safety & Control Manager to supervise temporary traffic management activities, ensure compliance with Saudi standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise temporary traffic management activities on site
- Attend and represent TCM in meetings with project stakeholders and authorities (Consultant, RCRC, PMO, Traffic Police, etc.)
- Coordinate traffic arrangements, lane closures, diversions, and work zone safety
- Ensure compliance with RCRC, MOT, and relevant Saudi standards
- Oversee implementation of approved TMPs / TDPs
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and traffic operatives
- Monitor safety performance and resolve on site traffic issues proactively
Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic management, work zone safety, or traffic safety & control
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of temporary traffic management in KSA
- Ability to engage confidently with authorities, consultants, and client representatives
- Transferable Iqama — mandatory
- Valid KSA driving license — mandatory
- Based in Riyadh or available to relocate immediately
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with road marking, traffic signs, and civil maintenance works is an advantage

- Traffix & Construction Management (TCM) is a traffic engineering and road safety specialist operating across Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
- Delivers Traffic Management Plans, Data Processing, Road Safety Audits, Traffic Impact Assessments, TMA/IPV fleet deployment, and on site traffic control management.
- Clients include major EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and government linked projects.
- Works to standards of RCRC MTCD, SHC, and MOT.
