Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Must possess Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in the State of Indiana or the ability to obtain one within six months
Seven or more years relevant work experience in the fields of traffic forecasting, safety, capacity, operations analysis, and traffic design elements
PTOE certification preferred or the desire to receive certification within 2 years of employment.
RSP(any level) certification preferred
Experience in traffic data collection and preparing traffic studies, traffic impact studies, signal warrant analyses, thoroughfare plans, access management plans, safety studies, traffic modeling and simulation, signal design, signage design, and lighting design
Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate needs to clients and staff
Engineering better communities through comprehensive civil engineering and infrastructure design services.
