Responsibilities
- Technical control of all traffic management proposals during construction and final state for highway schemes
- Coordinate with discipline specialists and quality control persons
- Amplify or resolve design issues and changes
- Oversee and coordinate review of Contractor's technical submissions, shop drawings, materials, and design submissions
- Final review of Contractor's drawings, schedules, or materials submittals for compliance with design concepts
- Assessment and technical reporting on Value Engineering proposals
- Coordination with other supervision services team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialty in Transport or Traffic Management or equivalent work experience
- Over 7 years in mega construction projects with focus on onsite traffic management
- Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Transferable Iqama in case of non Saudi
- Based in Riyadh
- Valid SCE membership

About the Job
- Seeking a highly skilled Traffic and Detour Inspector to join Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh.
- Opportunity within Infrastructure Division requiring expertise in Civil Engineering and Transportation projects (roads, highways, bridges, tunnels in urban environments).
- Responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to detours, temporary traffic measures, intra site traffic management, man machine interfaces throughout worksite.
