Role Overview
The role supports the seamless operation of trading platforms and provides essential support to trading desks.
The successful candidate combines technical expertise with knowledge of trading operations to troubleshoot issues, maintain system stability, and improve the trading environment.
Work Environment
- The role may require flexible working hours and occasional weekends to support trading operations and system releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for trading applications, systems, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor trading systems and exchange connectivity and resolve issues proactively.
- Liaise with trading desks, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues and communicate status.
- Support audits, exchange certifications, and mandatory exchange mock participation.
- Coordinate deployments, upgrades, patches, version control, and development, test, and UAT environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
