Role Summary
Neo Wealth and Asset Management is seeking a Trading Support Engineer, also described as a Trading Applications Specialist.
The role ensures reliable operation of trading platforms, supports trading desks, troubleshoots issues, maintains system stability, and improves the trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for trading applications, systems, and related infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve trading system and exchange connectivity issues before they affect operations.
- Support trading desks, internal audits, exchange certifications, and mandatory exchange mock participation.
- Deploy applications, upgrades, and patches with development and infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate issue closure with internal teams and application vendors.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Manage application versions and DEV, TEST, and UAT environments.
Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 5+ years of experience in Indian financial services with trading systems exposure.
- Experience with systems such as Greeksoft, uTrade, NPrime, Kambala, or Omnesys is required.
