- Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs to improve productivity
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets

About the Role
- As a Trading / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end to end trading operations, ensuring seamless processes, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
