A fast-growing multi-strategy hedge fund is hiring a Trading Application Support Engineer for its expanding technology team in Dubai.
The role suits professionals with 3–8 years of experience in trading application support, production engineering, or front-office technology.
The position offers broader technical responsibility in a buy-side environment than a traditional large-bank support function.
The Role
- Support business-critical trading applications across global markets.
- Work directly with portfolio managers and traders.
- Own production issues from investigation through resolution.
- Monitor and improve proprietary and third-party trading platforms.
- Build and enhance internal applications and tooling.
- Work across both production support and hands-on engineering.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers across the global technology team.
What We Are Looking For
- Three to five years of experience in application support, production engineering, or trading technology.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience within financial markets or electronic trading.
