Role overview
Support compliant cross-border trade activities and the accurate, timely movement of materials across international borders.
Support day-to-day trade operations in accordance with trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal compliance policies.
The role reports to the Associate Director of Trade Operations for APAC and India and is based in Bengaluru.

What You Will Do
- Execute assigned import, export, and transit activities according to established procedures and governance frameworks.
- Support movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other dutiable or non-dutiable materials from origin through customs clearance and destination receipt.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain trade and customs documentation.
- Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers and service providers.
- Support logistics hand-offs across transportation providers, customs, and destination sites.
- Monitor trade execution, identify routine issues, and escalate exceptions, delays, and compliance risks.
