Overview
Support the development and execution of trade marketing plans for the Color category in KSA, in line with global and regional strategies.
Assist in implementing activation plans across traditional trade, modern trade, and e-commerce channels to drive visibility and sales.
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager on customer and distributor plans.
Work closely with Sales and Brand teams to translate brand initiatives into effective in-store and online activations.
Execute promotional calendars, campaigns, and product launches across key retailers.
Track sell-in and sell-out performance and support in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist in monitoring trade spend and A&CP budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Support demand planning and forecasting processes in coordination with Sales teams.
Gather and analyze shopper and market insights to support category growth.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely and accurate execution of agreed plans.
Support in maintaining strong in-store execution, including planograms and visual merchandising standards.
Adapt global toolkits and campaigns to local market needs under guidance.
Track and report on campaign performance, highlighting key learnings.
Conduct basic competitive analysis on pricing, promotions, and market activity.
Support relationship building with key retailers and partners.
