Trade Marketing & Retail Activations Executive

**Salary:** Up to AED 6,000 per month

**Experience:** 5+ years preferred

**Languages:** English fluency required

Minimum 5 years of experience preferred in trade marketing, retail activations, event coordination, in-store marketing, visual merchandising support, or retail operations marketing.

Experience in jewellery, luxury goods, fashion, beauty, watches, premium retail, malls, exhibitions, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

Prior UAE experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working with vendors, printers, fabricators, mall teams, retail teams, and event partners is valuable.

Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks, vendors, deadlines, and retail locations at the same time.

Practical, hands-on, and execution-focused.

Able to work under pressure during campaigns, events, launches, and festive periods.

Good understanding of retail customer behaviour.

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills required for tracking inventory, vendor lists, budgets, and activation checklists.

The role will be based at the **Siroya Jewellers Head Office in Deira Gold Souq, Dubai**.

The candidate must be willing to travel to retail locations across Dubai for store visits, event setup, vendor coordination, campaign checks, and execution support.
