Trade Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a highly capable Trade Marketing Manager for a well-established and globally operating FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This role will report directly to the General Manager and will play a key role in driving trade marketing excellence, retail execution, and commercial growth across channels.

· Fluency in both English and Arabic

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing within FMCG or a related industry

· At least 2–3 years of dedicated Trade Marketing experience

· Strong exposure to multiple sales channels and retail dynamics

· Corporate company background preferred, with a “plug & play” mindset and ability to bring immediate know-how into the role

· Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills

· Proven ability to transform commercial objectives into effective trade activation plans

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

· Drive retail excellence and maximize visibility across key channels

· Plan and manage trade activations, POS communication, and in-store execution

· Monitor merchandising standards and execution quality across customer segments

· Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to optimize trade plans

· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders

· Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI

· Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and external partners
