Responsibilities
- Execute in store campaigns, branded areas, POS materials and seasonal activations
- Maintain planograms, promotional displays and shelf standards
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers and retail operations teams
- Conduct regular store visits and resolve execution gaps quickly
- Prepare weekly compliance reports supported by store photographs
- Monitor competitor activity, retail performance and monthly sell out data
- Support new product launches, events and retail activations
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail account management or sales
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh retail market
- Fluency in Arabic and professional English
- Experience with planograms, promotions, POS and shelf management
- Valid KSA driving licence and ability to work independently in the field

Job Overview

- Executing in store campaigns, branded areas, POS materials and seasonal activations
- Maintaining planograms, promotional displays and shelf standards
- Building strong relationships with store managers, buyers and retail operations teams
- Conducting regular store visits and resolving execution gaps quickly

- Monitoring competitor activity, retail performance and monthly sell out data

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail account management or sales
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh retail market
- Fluency in Arabic and professional English
- Experience with planograms, promotions, POS and shelf management
- A valid KSA driving licence and the ability to work independently in the field
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Experience working with retailers such as BinDawood, Danube, Othaim, LuLu, Panda, Extra or Carrefour will be a strong advantage.
