Role Description
The Trade Lifecycle Associate supports reconciliation initiatives, business projects, and transformation projects for the Wealth Management Reconciliations Center of Excellence.
The role works with Business, Operations, and Technology partners across the reconciliation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, process descriptions, and workflow analysis.
- Analyze complex data and assess business risk implications.
- Lead reconciliation initiatives and manage plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize reconciliation processes and tools with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate enhancement and defect prioritization forums and support defect troubleshooting.
- Evaluate project management processes and assist with change management for new features and integrations.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of reconciliation experience and one year of project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution.
- Strong reconciliation process and tool knowledge.
- Hands-on Alteryx and Tableau experience for data visualization and reporting.
