Trade Flow Support - Trading Infrastructure Support Lead

Squarepoint is seeking a hands-on Trading Infrastructure Support (TIS) Tech Lead to manage a global TIS team.

The candidate will lead a team of support specialist, ensuring high availability of Squarepoint’s mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and platform application services across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.

• Manage a 24x5 global support schedule and weekend on-call rotation.
• Define policies, processes, roadmaps, and best practices to meet SLAs and scale with business needs.
• Collaborate with service teams to build automation, self-service tools, and runbooks. Ensure the team is trained, skilled, and empowered to remove blockers and inefficiencies.
• Proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies across workflows and operations.
• Lead and coordinate technical efforts across the global support team.
• Stay hands-on with troubleshooting and lead major outage recovery efforts to minimize impact.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration (RHEL/CentOS/OEL preferred).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, including observability, orchestration, containerization, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and configuration management.
• 3+ years of experience leading a technology team, ideally in infrastructure support.
