- 3+ years experience operating track loaders in underground water and sewer or heavy civil construction.
- Experience handling trench spoils, backfill material, and aggregate around underground services.
- Strong understanding of working around open trenches, pipe crews, and other equipment.
- Ability to work accurately in tight areas and congested job sites.
- Comfortable supporting pipe layers, topmen, and foremen as needed.
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Strong awareness of job site and trench safety.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain).
- 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- 6 days on / 1 day off.
- Weather dependent work.
