Track Lead - Program & Project Management (IN)

Responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Manage stakeholders, resources, risks, governance, financials, and drive successful business outcomes through effective project execution.

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Drive governance forums, steering committee meetings, and status reviews. Manage stakeholders across business, technology, vendors, and leadership teams. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation. Ensure delivery of project milestones in line with agreed objectives. Drive Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies as required. Monitor project financials, forecasting, and budget utilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication. Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and project health reviews. Support organizational change management and process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards.
