Track Lead - CheckPoint PPC (Software), Cloud Security (IN)

Must have 8+ years’ experience with Email Security, Cisco AMP, and Kiteworks. • Good hands-on exposure on Email Security, Proxy, Malware protection tools (Cisco AMP), Kiteworks (Gateway, Webmail, Crypto Proxy) • Should be able to troubleshoot any major issue & should be able to work on root cause analysis in the above-mentioned tools • Must have team management and customer interaction skills. • Must have exposure in defining SLAs • Must have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures • Must have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for network and information security. • Should have good understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools. • Should be able to manage and troubleshoot Endpoint, Security related issues in large and complex environment. • Knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure technologies • Capability to develop professional documents in the form of reports, analysis, documentations. • Strong attention to detail, analytical mind, and outstanding problem-solving skills
