Track Lead - CheckPoint PPC (Software), Cloud Security (IN)

Cisco Iron Port, kitework, ESA. The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is crucial in ensuring that client SLAs are consistently met while fostering a culture of empowerment within teams. The Track Lead will leverage technical expertise in Checkpoint and Cisco ASA to enhance security operations and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Must have 5+ years’ experience with Email Security (Proofpoint, Cisco,), Kiteworks( Crypto Proxy,Webmail,Gateway), Cisco AMP, AV, EDR, DLP • Good hands-on exposure on Email Security, Proxy, Malware protection tools (Cisco AMP), Kiteworks (Gateway, Webmail, Crypto Proxy) • Must have team management and customer interaction skills. • Must have exposure in defining SLAs • Must have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures • Basic Understanding of network and security concepts • Should have good understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools • Should be able to manage and troubleshoot Endpoint related incidents in large and complex environments. • Good coordination skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment. • Experience in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

CISCO Email, Cisco AMP, Kiteworks (Webmail, Crypto Proxy, gateway) • Communicate and manage client needs and expectations • Minimum 5 + years of relevant Cyber Security experience • Works well in a team environment and independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent listening, verbal and technical writing skills • Should be comfortable working in 24*7 environments.
