We are looking for an experienced travel agent or a small agency to help organize trips from the United Kingdom to Dubai for patients coming for treatment to our dental clinic Olivia.
About Olivia Clinic
We are Olivia Dental Clinic in Dubai, specializing in high‑end smile makeovers and veneers with a very natural look and minimal tooth preparation.
Our main focus areas are veneers (E‑max and ultra‑thin feldspathic), comprehensive aesthetic cases, and complex orthodontic treatments, including aligners.
We work as a multidisciplinary team (implant surgeon, endodontist, orthodontists, aesthetic dentists), which allows us to deliver predictable, long‑term and naturally looking results for patients from different countries.
What we expect from the travel agent
Organize trips for patients from cities in the UK to Dubai
Select and book flights
Select hotels/apartments near the clinic
Arrange transfers (airport–hotel–clinic–airport)
Provide basic support with visa and insurance questions (if needed)
Optionally organize light leisure activities on days without appointments
Who we are looking for
An experienced travel agent or a small agency with proven experience working with UAE / Dubai
Preferably with experience serving clients from the UK
Strong attention to detail, client‑oriented approach, ability to quickly adapt to patients’ changing plans
Willingness to build a long‑term partnership with regular requests
