Responsibilities
- Design and curate personalized domestic and international holiday itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets
- Provide end to end holiday planning support including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special experiences
- Actively promote and sell holiday packages through social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and amendments using Sabre and Amadeus
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and promotional offers
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Holiday Consultant or Travel Consultant
- Strong expertise in itinerary planning and holiday package customization
- Hands on working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS
- Experience using social media as a sales and lead generation tool
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
