Key Skills

• Key Skills:
• Minimum of 12 or more years of IT Industry exposure in core consulting, solutioning & delivery expertise in IT Application & Infrastructure space
• Technical expertise in AIOPS full stack tools solutioning & deployment on tools like HPE OpsRamp, Splunk, BMC, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, Servicenow ITOM, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.
• Understanding of emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits
• Understanding of the Overall Automation Technologies used in IT Landscape especially in Application development, testing & maintenance domain.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies & services from AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
• Ability to independently provide strategic vision, yet equally experienced with requirements definition, solution design, business cases development and solution implementation for clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders, Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, ability to identify process improvement opportunities & finally adaptability to change.
