The Tooling and Manufacturing Engineer (Micro-Assembly) will require CNC operation, PLC programming, assembly, and quality control experience for success in this role.

You’ll program proprietary equipment to manufacture custom interconnect products and extremely small, high-precision components requiring steady hands, attention to detail, and expertise in micro-engineering processes.

· Set up and operate proprietary equipment to manufacture parts that meet engineering specifications.

· Program and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.

· Assemble and inspect components and subassemblies, ensuring precise fit and functionality.

· Perform in-process and final inspections using precision tools and microscopes, adjusting as needed, while maintaining applicable documentation.

· Maintain equipment, ensuring minimal machine downtime and machine optimization.

· Provide accurate and timely production and quality logs, machine records, programming changes and quality control findings.

· Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Other duties as assigned.
