  • Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools, including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, sustainment, upgrades, integrations, and retirement. Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms, establishing service expectations, support models, operating procedures, and performance metrics. Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, renewals, escalations, and roadmap reviews to maximize value and service reliability Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool operations, user adoption, data quality, and process effectiveness. Collaborate with product security, engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, and business teams to establish scalable workflows and user enablement programs. Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting that provide insight into service performance, platform health, vulnerability operations, and software supply chain visibility. Ensure operational procedures, governance documentation, and audit-ready evidence are maintained to support compliance and secure development practices. Translate operational findings and emerging risks into actionable recommendations and improvement plans for stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience

in cybersecurity operations, enterprise tool administration, IT service delivery, product security tooling, or related technology operations.

Experience

supporting both SaaS and on-premises platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, service governance, process improvement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
