Tool and Die Specialist

High school diploma or GED (required)

Associate degree in metalworking or related field (preferred)

Completion of a DOL-approved apprenticeship program in metalworking (preferred) Equivalent experience will be considered

Minimum 2 years of experience in a medium-sized industrial or manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience with: Transfer and progressive dies Stamping presses, coil lines, decoilers, feeders, and straighteners Precision machining tools (lathes, mills, surface grinders)
