- Observe and document children's progress and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support Montessori principles and child centered learning practices
- Ensure compliance with KHDA, health, safety, and child protection requirements
Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Early Childhood qualification
- Montessori experience/certification preferred
- All attested certificates
- KHDA approval
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in an early years or nursery setting
- Ability to lead, organize, and manage a classroom of 20 or more students
