Sign On Bonus - This position is eligible to receive a $1,000 sign on bonus (paid in installments) after you have worked 52 weeks!

Our 3rd Shift offers a 10% shift premium for employees.

GENERAL SUMMARY To ensure safe and efficient movement of product throughout the entire system.

Work in the weld, press, and warehouse areas of the facility ensuring timely product/dunnage movement in your area of responsibility.

Demonstrates a Continuous Improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills using TQPS principles.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS A.

Report all quality, production or safety problems to the team or group leader.

Moves non-conforming material to MRB area.

B.

Ensure quality parts are shipped according to customer requirements.

Verify customer order match actual parts being moved to the next operation / location.

C.

Stage dies as needed for changeovers in the area of responsibility (if applicable) and take to tool room after use.

D.

Move material from storage to next designated work areas.

E.

Remove dies from & place dies in the press during the changeover process (if applicable).
