Position Details

Main Purpose and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, documentation, implementation, reliability, security, and operation of enterprise network services.
• Support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewalls, network access control, VPN, internet connectivity, cloud connectivity, and related data communications systems.
• Document, design, and improve network services architecture.
• Monitor, maintain, update, and secure network equipment and services.
• Diagnose and resolve network infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Support network security, segmentation, firewall governance, NAC, wireless architecture, WAN resilience, and cloud connectivity.
• Support ITIL governance, CMDB accuracy, vendor governance, procurement input, disaster recovery testing, and project delivery.
• Contribute to architecture, engineering, operations, security, technology lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
