Main Purpose of Job

Key Responsibility Areas

• Deliver quality patient care with the multiprofessional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks under clinical risk policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
• Build employee competence by supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is essential.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Interest in working in a Maternity Ward is required.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
