Key Responsibility Areas

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process efficiently.
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks.
• Manage the billing and cash-up process.
• Meet customer service expectations and improve the quality of patient service.

Required Education and Experience

• Completed secondary school education equivalent to Grade 12 is essential.
• Two to three years of experience in a customer service role is essential.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• CRM software applications and hospital information systems.
• Company policies, emergency codes, medical insurance terminology, and related processes.
• Medical terminology, procedures, numerical literacy, and patient scheduling and registration processes.

Desired Qualifications

• A tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in medical science, finance, or accounting.
• Experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment.
