Main Purpose of the Job

• The position is based at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor Revenue Cycle Management governance and compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal processes.
• Guide front office, case management, and revenue cycle functions and monitor process effectiveness.
• Provide operational management to areas within scope.
• Review PLP reports and discuss doctor performance with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the effectiveness of client services.

Required Education and Experience

• A relevant bachelor's degree in commerce, health, or hospitality is essential.
• At least 3–5 years of management experience in a similar position is essential.
• Experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and related financial functions is desired.
• Experience in patient service delivery is desired.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Apply budgeting, financial planning, and financial management principles.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Manage contracts and service level agreements.
• Understand DRGs and related case management.
• Deliver complex patient or customer-focused services across multiple service points.
• Use financial statements, reporting, and financial systems including SAP and HIS.
• Understand hospital and clinic operations and Revenue Cycle Management processes and systems at an intermediate level.
• Apply risk management principles, systems, and best practices.
