Responsibilities
- Manage and administer project contracts from award to completion
- Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and commercial issues
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and project requirements
- Prepare commercial reports and provide contractual advice to management
- Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Support project delivery while maintaining quality and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract management within Fit Out / Interior / Construction projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract procedures
- Experience with commercial negotiations, claims, and variations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in GCC projects is preferred

Job Description
- We are urgently looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong Fit Out / Interior Construction background to manage contracts, commercial activities, and project documentation.
- The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling fit out projects, subcontractor management, claims, variations, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer project contracts from award to completion.
