Title Attorney (RI, Warwick)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex title issues using underwriting and Company guidelines to determine the best course of action. The Title Attorney will be required to work independently and possess the knowledge necessary to research and resolve escalated title matters.

Key Responsibilities: * Respond to various requests from Company employees and clients regarding insurability of title. * Prepare and/or review documents necessary for closing real estate transactions including affidavits, deeds, and escrow agreements. * Collaborate with title insurance underwriters to resolve escalated title and curative issues. * Answer emails and phone calls to assist clients and customers with questions.
